1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the pjtaya website located at https://pjtaya.cam (the "Platform"), or any pjtaya mobile applications, you ("User", "Player", "you", or "your") agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations governing online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and close your account.

pjtaya reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this document.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Requirements

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for an account, access the Platform, or participate in any gaming activities offered by pjtaya. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement;
• You are a resident of or physically located in the Republic of the Philippines;
• You are not legally prohibited from gambling under Philippine law or any other applicable jurisdiction;
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion registry or banned from gambling activities;
• All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete;
• You will maintain the accuracy of your account information and promptly update any changes.

pjtaya reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or termination, and forfeiture of funds.

2.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pjtaya account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to immediately notify pjtaya of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. pjtaya shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the Platform. Creation of multiple accounts, use of false identities, or use of another person's identity is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds and bonuses.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

3.1 Deposits

pjtaya accepts deposits via authorized payment methods including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, and other Philippine banks), and over-the-counter payment centers. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the Platform and may vary by payment method.

You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your pjtaya account are from legitimate sources, are your own property, and are not derived from illegal activities. pjtaya reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence and request documentation regarding the source of funds for deposits that exceed certain thresholds or appear suspicious.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be processed to payment methods registered in your name. pjtaya requires identity verification before processing your first withdrawal and may request additional documentation for subsequent withdrawals. Withdrawal processing times vary by method: GCash typically processes within 15 minutes to 2 hours; bank transfers typically process within 1-3 business days, subject to banking hours and holidays.

Minimum withdrawal amounts, maximum withdrawal limits, and any applicable processing fees are specified on the Platform. pjtaya reserves the right to impose additional verification requirements for large withdrawals or where fraud is suspected. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in delays or cancellation of withdrawal requests.

3.3 Wagering Requirements

All deposited funds and bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Standard deposit wagering is 1x (one times) the deposit amount. Bonus wagering requirements vary by promotion and are specified in the applicable bonus terms. You must meet all wagering requirements before requesting a withdrawal. Failure to meet wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

pjtaya offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including eligibility requirements, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and expiration dates. These terms are provided at the time of the offer and form part of this Agreement.

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, coordinating with other Players, irregular betting patterns, or exploiting software errors, is strictly prohibited. pjtaya reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and terminate accounts suspected of bonus abuse without prior notice.

Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus per household, IP address, device, or payment method is permitted. Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

5. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the pjtaya Platform are provided by licensed third-party game providers including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, PG Soft, Red Tiger, and NetEnt. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game mechanics under the supervision of trained dealers.

pjtaya does not control, influence, or manipulate game outcomes. Each game operates according to its published rules, paytables, and Return to Player (RTP) percentages, which are displayed within the game interface or available upon request. You acknowledge that all casino games involve an element of chance and that the outcome of any individual game session is unpredictable.

The following activities constitute unfair play and are strictly prohibited:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts;
• Collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or technical malfunctions;
• Use of stolen or fraudulent payment methods;
• Arbitrage betting or other advantage play that violates the spirit of fair gaming.

pjtaya reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity, void bets, withhold winnings, and terminate accounts found to be engaging in unfair play. In cases of technical malfunction, all affected game rounds and payouts will be void.

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

pjtaya is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide tools to help you manage your gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible through your account settings.

If you believe you may have a gambling problem, we strongly encourage you to seek help. You may self-exclude from the Platform for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account, deposit funds, or participate in any gaming activities. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the expiration of the chosen period.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the pjtaya Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, audio, video, game interfaces, and compilation thereof, is the property of pjtaya or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any content or software on the Platform without express written permission from pjtaya.

8. Prohibited Activities

In addition to the prohibited activities specified elsewhere in these Terms, you agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws;
• Engage in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform or servers;
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform;
• Harvest or collect information about other Users without their consent;
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
• Use the Platform to advertise or promote third-party products or services.

9. Suspension and Termination

pjtaya reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, refuse service, or restrict access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including but not limited to cases involving:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity;
• Failure to provide required identification or verification documents;
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions;
• Engaging in unfair play or manipulation of games;
• Chargebacks or payment disputes;
• Abusive or threatening behavior toward pjtaya staff or other Players.

Upon termination, all outstanding bets will be settled, and any remaining balance of legitimately earned funds will be returned to you, subject to verification and compliance with these Terms. Bonus funds, winnings from voided bets, and funds obtained through fraudulent means are forfeited.

10. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

The pjtaya Platform and all content, games, and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

pjtaya does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that defects will be corrected. You acknowledge that online gaming involves financial risk and that you may lose money. pjtaya shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or inability to access your account.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, pjtaya's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited into your account during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless pjtaya, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of any law or regulation; (c) your violation of any rights of a third party; or (d) any fraudulent or illegal activity conducted through your account.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon both parties.

13. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

pjtaya is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We comply with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (AMLA) and related regulations issued by the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines. We maintain internal policies and procedures to detect and report suspicious transactions.

You agree to cooperate with pjtaya's AML procedures, including providing identification documents, source of funds documentation, and answers to due diligence questionnaires. pjtaya reserves the right to report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities and to freeze or terminate accounts involved in suspected money laundering or terrorist financing.

14. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the pjtaya Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal and regulatory requirements.

15. Communication and Notifications

By creating an account with pjtaya, you consent to receive communications from us via email, SMS, push notifications, and in-Platform messages. These communications may include account updates, promotional offers, and important notices regarding your account or changes to these Terms.

You may opt out of promotional communications by adjusting your account settings or by following the unsubscribe instructions included in such communications. However, you cannot opt out of receiving transactional or administrative communications that are necessary for the operation of your account.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent of the parties.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific game rules or promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and pjtaya concerning your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, and understandings, whether written or oral.

18. Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of pjtaya. pjtaya may assign, transfer, or delegate its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets.

By clicking "I Agree," registering for an account, or using any pjtaya services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. You further acknowledge that you have been given the opportunity to seek independent legal advice regarding these Terms and that you have either done so or voluntarily waived that opportunity.
